Reporting to: Technology Director
Job Purpose: Supervise daily operations of internet café, reconcile daily café reports, manage student reservations calendar, money transactions and café customer accounts, maintain computer and café equipment, foster good customer relations and supervise and train up to 5 café staff.
Qualifications
- A post-secondary education in information technology or a related field is desired.
- Resourceful, proactive, team player, and technologically curious.
Experience
- 1-3 years of working experience with computers or related field is recommended.
- Experience in building excellent customer relationships.

Job Purpose: Responsible for training and supervision of network technicians, Installation and Servicing of ISP customers, and Network and Computer maintenance at the Digital Village/Internet Café.
Qualifications

- Cisco Networking Certification, or equivalent.

- Strong personality and of a gentle character.
Experience
- 3-5 years of working experience with computers or related field is recommended.
- Experience in supervision and support of 2-5 staff members.
- Ability to analyze, process, and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals.

Financial Director (1 Position)
Duty location: Sierra Leone Diaspora
Reporting to: Board of Directors
Job Purpose: Report and Audit SV’s finances for the IRS, Board of Directors and members. He/she shall chair the finance committee; assist in the preparation of the budget; develop fundraising plans; make financial information available to Board members and the public; and provide a monthly financial report to the members via email or meetings.
Qualifications
- Prior education in Finance and Accounting or a related field is desired.
- Certifications in Finance or Accounting, including CPA, or equivalent is desired.
- Resourceful, proactive, team player, and passionate about international development
Experience
- Five plus years of professional working experience is recommended.
