Sierra Visions, Inc. is a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Sierra Leonean young professionals. We believe the best way to develop economically and socially is by forming and developing strategic relationships public/private sector partnerships, through a custom-developed Five-T model.

Sierra Visions executes its educaTion goals by promoting and developing educational programs which involve: scholarships, internships, professional training, education drives, and other career development/management initiatives. Our team operates across strategic locations throughout the Africa, Asia, Europe, and the United States. We collaborate extensively with various proactive public and private sector organizations, and individual volunteers in Sierra Leone and across the Diaspora to implement our Five-T goals.

The mission of Sierra Visions, Inc, is to foster social reform and economic development in Sierra Leone, and ultimately West Africa.

Our vision is that Sierra Leone (West Africa) could be developed using our Five-T model which focuses on five core initiatives: educaTion, Technology, YouTh, healTh, environmenT, in order to achieve economic sustainability and social reform.
